PAINTINGS MUST HAVE NAME, TITLE, AND PHONE # ON THE BACK OF THE PAINTING.

SUBMITTALS OF SCULPTURE, FABRIC ART, PHOTOGRAPHY, COMPUTER-GENERATED ART, COMBINES AND/OR ASSEMBLAGES, GICLEE PRINTING FORMS, AND ANY ARTWORK THAT IS NOT AMENABLE TO HANGING ON A WALL, ARE EXCLUDED FROM EXHIBIT. (Be sure to follow the established guidelines for what will be accepted for SRAL sponsored exhibits which can be found on the SRAL website.)

Artworks are to be delivered to the West Center on Friday, the first day of the show between 8:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. Late arrivals will NOT be accepted! Please note: it is necessary to fill out and sign a SRAL form upon delivery of your paintings. Any paintings sold to OUT-OF-TOWN BUYERS and removed while show is ongoing must be replaced immediately. Pictures are to be picked up on the last day of the show between 8:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M.
