THIS FORM MUST BE RECEIVED BY Del Marinello-Witzlib, 1886 W. Placita de Agusto, Green Valley, Arizona 85622, NO LATER THAN ONE WEEK BEFORE OPENING TO BE IN THE SHOW. PAINTINGS MUST HAVE NAME, TITLE, AND PHONE # ON THE BACK OF THE PAINTING.
All paintings MUST INCLUDE ROSES. Space is limited and painting must not exceed 30 inches diagonal measure (corner to corner). Approximately the first 20 entries received will be in the show.
SUBMITTALS OF SCULPTURE, FABRIC ART, PHOTOGRAPHY, COMPUTER-GENERATED ART, COMBINES AND/OR ASSEMBLAGES, GICLEE PRINTING FORMS, AND ANY ARTWORK THAT IS NOT AMENABLE TO HANGING ON A WALL, ARE EXCLUDED FROM EXHIBIT. (Be sure to follow the established guidelines for what will be accepted for SRAL sponsored exhibits which can be found on the SRAL website.)
Artworks are to be delivered to East Center on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 19 between 8:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. Late arrivals will not be accepted! Please note: it is necessary to fill out and sign a SRAL form upon delivery of your paintings. Any paintings sold to OUT-OF-TOWN BUYERS and removed while show is on-going must be replaced immediately. PICTURES ARE TO BE PICKED UP ON THE LAST DAY OF THE SHOW, NOVEMBER 8 between 8:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M.
